CIRCLE OF TRUST
This will be a new (and quite possibly the only) award category, other than our on-going Winery of the Month winner, for us here at Booze Press. The Circle of Trust seal is earned when upon a tasting of all of a winery’s offerings, each is awarded a score of 90 or more. Certainly not an easy task, as getting one or two right can be readily achieved, but scoring high from top to bottom takes true commitment. As with all of our scoring, the results are subjective…but we grade on presentation, value and most importantly of all….it’s aromatic and palatable qualities. We are planning a number special events around these winners, but more on that at a later date as we sort things out. This month we travel to the Paso Robles wine region to choose our recipients. So, now without further adieu….
