Description

The best things in life require time and a borderline obsessive attention to detail. Christina and Ken Falik, owners of GBV along side of their winemaker Dakota Denton, utilize the best practices to produce their fine wines at the on-site production facility. All of our varietals are aged in Hungarian Oak or French Oak for a minimum of 24 months, then bottle aged for at least a year. Red wines are not served before their 4th year. We produce wines that we love to share that will meet or exceed the most discerning palate. With each new wine, we look to maximize the varietals natural flavor and beautiful bouquet.

A tasting experience at GBV is second to none. Our experienced wine educators and the owners will gladly sit down with guests and experience your tasting with our educated staff. Ambient music will be playing in the background as you journey through our extensive wines list.

For our members and guests, we offer a Tuscan experience in wine tasting and weddings. Our beautifully landscaped property sits on a beautiful mountain with vineyards around and views of the valley. Ceremonies are featured by our pond and waterfall feature surrounded by nothing but the view

Gershon Bachus was a simple man who immigrated to the United States from Europe in 1922 with his wife and two girls. He brought with him a zest for life and agriculture with only a few concepts for fine wine. Like many transplanted Europeans, he continued to make wine for his friends and family but never realized his dream of owning his own vineyard in California.

84 years later, Gershon’s fantasy was fulfilled by his grandson, Ken, and his wife, Christina. The family winemaking tradition now lives on in Temecula, California, where the lifestyle described in the many stories from the old country has been captured.
